Once registered as a member and following an invitation to participate in a competitive bid, review a request for legal work relevant to the areas of your practice and expertise stated in your registration form.
Conduct a conflict check clearance and comply with KYC rules by following the same internal procedures you use in your daily practice.
Prepare and submit your proposal within 3 business days of an invitation to participate in a bid for your legal services. Remember, your proposal must clearly state: (i) the scope of services offered, including each component of work; (ii) the terms of engagement; (iii) the deadline for delivering/performing your legal services; (iv) a fixed quote for the services offered in your proposal; and (v) your contact details.
You may be asked for a one free introductory meeting before you are retained.
